“Preparations Are Going Well”.
Azerbaijani MMA fighter Vugar Karamov stated this in an interview with Offsideplus.az.
The 33-year-old athlete spoke about his preparation process for his upcoming fight:
“We held a three-week training camp in Dagestan. After that, I returned to Azerbaijan. At the moment, I’m in the weight-cutting phase. I hope we will come out victorious. My opponent, Kleber Koike, is also a well-known fighter. He is a former belt holder as well. Now we are facing each other as former champions. In fact, our fight has been anticipated for a long time.”
Karamov is confident about securing a victory:
“God willing, I will win. I feel very good. I am fully ready for the fight. I think I will enter the bout in great shape. I want to tell my fans that an exciting fight awaits them.”
It should be noted that our representative will step into the octagon at the Rizin tournament on the last day of the year.
