The Round 26 match of the Misli Premier League was a milestone for Qarabag's Colombian forward Camilo Duran.

Offsideplus.az reports, citing the Professional Football League, that Duran scored three goals in the match against Karvan-Yevlakh (7:0), marking the third hat-trick of the current season. Previously, his teammate Toral Bayramov and Gabala's Domi Massumo had achieved the same feat.

Duran has made history as the 35th foreign player and the first Colombian to score a hat-trick in the Azerbaijan championships. Overall, this marks the 9th hat-trick by players from the Americas in the national league (10 including the naturalized Leandro Gomes).

Among other players from the Americas, Brazilians Junivan Soares and Reynaldo Silva have each scored two hat-tricks, while their compatriot Andre Shinyashiki, Argentinian Juan Manuel Varea, Uruguayan Walter Guglielmone, and Salvadoran Nelson Bonilla have each celebrated three goals in a single match.
