In the final match of the 24th round of the Misli Premier League, Gabala suffered a 1-3 defeat to Neftchi. Despite a strong individual performance, 22-year-old forward Domi Massumo was unable to find the back of the net.

Following the match, he shared his thoughts with Offsideplus.az:

"We lost, and it is painful to be defeated by our opponent in this way. I cannot pinpoint the exact problem, but we are preparing as a team and aiming to resolve these issues. I believe we will fix this in our upcoming games."

Regarding the team’s missed scoring chances and defensive vulnerabilities, Massumo commented: "I cannot say much about that because we are a team. Our coach explains the tactical moves to us, and we must stay strong together."

Looking ahead to the next round’s match against Turan Tovuz, Massumo added: "Our coaches will analyze the opponent and point out their weaknesses. We will do our best and aim to play without making any mistakes."
