Sabah has bolstered its roster with a new addition.

According to Offsideplus.az, Belgian footballer Godfred Boakye has been signed on loan from English side Birmingham City. The club’s press service confirmed that the agreement will run until the end of the 2025/2026 season.

The 20-year-old center-back is set to join Sabah’s reserve team. A product of the Birmingham City youth academy, Boaki has previously played for the English club's youth sides and also had a stint with Finnish club Inter Turku.
