Today, the Azerbaijan Chess Federation (ACF) held its Reporting and Election Conference.
According to Offsideplus.az, the federation’s president Mahir Mammadov presented a report on the activities for the year 2024.
Following the report, the election process took place.
Mahir Mammadov was re-elected as the president of the ACF for a new 4-year term. He also continues to serve as Vice President of the International Chess Federation (FIDE).
Faig Hasanov was elected as the First Vice President of the federation, while Yagub Huseynov and Bakhtiyar Mammadov were elected as Vice Presidents.
