Azerbaijan Chess Tour will host its next tournament in Guba.

According to Offsideplus.az, the competition will take place from September 3 to 10 and will consist of 9 rounds using the Swiss system.

So far, 133 chess players from 11 countries have registered for the strongest Group A.

Among them is Azerbaijani grandmaster Misraddin Iskenderov.

The total prize fund for the Guba Open tournament will amount to 24,420 manats.
