Red Bull driver Isack Hadjar expressed his satisfaction with reaching the podium at the Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix.

According to Offsideplus.az, the young driver admitted that he did not accurately assess the effectiveness of the soft tyres during the race and should have been more aggressive against Oscar Piastri:

"I was pleased with the handling of the car. The key was to get through the first lap without mistakes, and I managed to do that. We worked well as a team with Max. However, we did not expect the soft tyres to have such an effect. I should not have allowed Max to overtake me so easily. I needed to be more active at the start of the race and try to chase down Piastri."
