The Neftchi SOCAR 3x3 basketball team has advanced to the quarterfinals at the Women's Series Sumgait stop.

Offsideplus.az reports that although the Azerbaijan women's national team was eliminated in the qualification games, Neftchi defeated China's Yanjing 21-18 in their opening group match and secured a 15-13 victory over the Chinese national team in their second game, advancing to the quarterfinals as group leaders.

It is worth noting that Neftchi Socar will face the runner-up of Group C in this stage.
