The Azerbaijan Wrestling Federation (AWF) is preparing to implement new projects aimed at achieving development across various sectors of the sport.
Offsideplus.az reports that a business meeting was held at the AWF headquarters with officials from the National Olympic Committee (NOC) to discuss these objectives.
During the meeting, which included Jeyhun Rahmanov, Head of the NOC's International Programs Department, an exchange of views took place regarding several issues of strategic importance.
The discussions primarily focused on involving coaches in international training and certification programs, as well as models for modernizing national sports systems based on global best practices.
Additionally, the participants conducted a detailed evaluation of prospective programs and opportunities for young athletes to participate in international projects designed to enhance their potential.
