Sabah club has established the "Sabah Football Academy – Future Talents" programme with an investment of 10 million manats aimed at the ongoing development of youth football.

According to Offsideplus.az, 5 million manats of the budget is funded by the government, while the other 5 million manats is generated from the club's participation in the Champions League. The main principle of the programme is not to spend this capital but to increase professional management, thereby transforming it into a long-term financial resource. A portion of the revenue from ticket sales will also be directed towards this project.

The aim of the project is to scout talented young players across the country, implement modern training methods, and turn the academy into a leading football centre in the South Caucasus and Central Asia region.

Sabah has stated that it will apply for the "Bünövrə Tərəfdaşlığı" status with the AFFA, which will create opportunities for the project to be included in its own activities.
