Former head coach of the Azerbaijan national team, Vaqif Sadikov, shared his thoughts on Sabah's upcoming UEFA Champions League match against Borussia Dortmund.

In a statement to Offsideplus.az, the expert noted that the "owls" have earned great respect through their performances:

"Sabah has accustomed us to good results with their play; we do not fear any opponent. Our champion is ready to compete head-to-head with every team. Sabah has gained significant prestige through hard work, and the fans will support our team until the end in the stadium. I always say that even though Sabah lost heavily in the first round, they sent a message that they are ready to play open football against any opponent. We defeated a strong Czech champion in this style. We have high hopes for Sabah; we expect confident play and a good result from the team."

Sadikov also acknowledged the strength of the opponent:

"The German club represents a Top-5 league. They have always been distinguished by their unique playing styles. It is not easy to play against them. They have come onto the pitch very confidently, including in the first two rounds. I am sure the opponent has analysed Sabah very seriously."
