Two Azerbaijani clubs competing in the UEFA Conference League — Neftchi and Zira — have been eliminated in the second qualifying round.

According to Offsideplus.az, Neftchi, who lost the first leg 2-4 to Dinamo Minsk, managed a 1-0 victory in the return fixture, but it was not enough to advance to the next round.

Breno Almeida scored the only goal for the Black and Whites.

Meanwhile, Zira failed to overcome Paide (Estonia). Rashad Sadygov's team, having lost the away leg 0-1, played out a 1-1 draw at home.

Eren Aydin scored the sole goal for the Azerbaijani side.
