In the fifth round of the Misli Premier League, Qarabag's head coach Qurban Qurbanov spoke at a press conference after the 1-1 draw with Zirə.

According to Offsideplus.az, the experienced coach assessed the match as tense and fast-paced:

"It was an interesting game. There was tension until the end, and it was a fast game. A fair result was one point. We are improving from game to game. We added one point to our total. I thank the fans of both teams."

Commenting on the performance of the players making their debut for the team, the head coach rated their performance as normal:

"They played normally. We create conditions for every new player to feel the atmosphere."

Qurbanov also briefly answered a question regarding Abbas Huseynov:

"Everything has been communicated to him. There is nothing more to discuss on this matter."
