The Azerbaijan national football team has started a training camp in preparation for its upcoming official and friendly matches.
Offsideplus.az reports that the team faces a busy schedule over the next two weeks, competing in four matches.
The national team will first face Tajikistan in a friendly match on September 23. Following that, three crucial fixtures will take place as part of the UEFA Nations League. Azerbaijan will play away against Lithuania on September 27, host Liechtenstein on October 1, and face Lithuania at home in the return match on October 4.
