The Azerbaijani national team will play an international friendly today.

According to Offsideplus.az, the team coached by Gianni De Biasi will face Qatar. The match at the Nadyerdeyi Stadium in Debrecen, Hungary will start at 21:00 Baku time.

UEFA has included Qatar in Group A, which includes Azerbaijan, Portugal, Serbia, Ireland and Luxembourg. Matches with the Asian champion are of a preparatory nature.

In other Group A matches, Serbia will host Portugal and Ireland will host Luxembourg.
