Azer Mammadov, head coach of Kəpəz, has spoken about the current state of the team and their preparation process.

According to Offsideplus.az, the specialist provided a statement to the club's press service following a friendly match against Qəbələ, which ended 1-2.

"We played a friendly match against Qəbələ at the end of the first phase of our preparation for the Premier League. In the first half of the match, we gave chances to the main squad members. The players worked hard, tried to fulfil the tasks set, and overall did not perform poorly. We have several more friendly matches ahead of us. Our goal is to improve from game to game, address shortcomings, and further enhance the team's performance. This match showed that we need to strengthen in certain positions. We are working on the transfer of players suitable for those positions. I believe that once we fully form the squad, we will build the team we desire."
