Continuing their transfer activities for the 2026/27 season, Qarabag have completed the signing of another player.

Offsideplus.az reports that the Agdam-based club released an official statement regarding the move. Negotiations with Croatian club Rijeka concluded successfully, resulting in the transfer of goalkeeper Martin Zlomislic to Qarabag.

The Bosnia and Herzegovina international has signed a 3+1 year contract with the club. The 27-year-old goalkeeper will wear the number 23 jersey.

A product of the Siroki Brijeg academy, the goalkeeper made his senior debut in 2017. Martin Zlomislic moved to Rijeka in 2021.

Having previously featured for the Bosnia and Herzegovina U-19 and U-21 national teams, the goalkeeper has been playing for the senior national team since 2024. Zlomislic, who has earned 3 caps, is currently part of the Bosnia and Herzegovina squad participating in the ongoing World Cup in the USA, Mexico, and Canada.

It is worth noting that Martin Zlomislic is Qarabag's fifth signing of the summer transfer window. Jaly Mouaddib, Zakaria Sawo, Samuel Lobato, and Bruno Langa had previously joined Qarabag.
