Neftçi’s star footballer Vincent Aboubakar may move to Brazil’s Vasco da Gama.
This was reported by insider Felipe Silva.
It is said that the Cameroonian striker is interested in the transfer.
In response to an inquiry from Offsideplus.az regarding the matter, Neftçi stated that the issue is not currently on the agenda:
“Aboubakar is a Neftçi player. He is currently taking part in the team’s winter training camp in Abu Dhabi.”
It should be noted that the Baku-based club signed a 1+1-year contract with Vincent Aboubakar in October 2025.
