Mercedes driver Andrea Kimi Antonelli finished first in the Spa race after starting from pole position.
Offsideplus.az reports that although the Italian driver lost the lead during the pit stops, he later overtook Ferrari's Charles Leclerc to reclaim the top spot. Red Bull driver Max Verstappen crossed the finish line in third place.
Antonelli's teammate George Russell was forced to retire on the opening lap following contact with Ferrari's Lewis Hamilton.
Hamilton himself finished the race in 4th place, while Oscar Piastri of McLaren rounded out the top five.
The F1 excitement will continue next weekend in Hungary.
