Max Verstappen, who won the Azerbaijan Grand Prix last week, has now won the four-hour race on the legendary Nürburgring Nordschleife in his Ferrari 296 GT3.

The Dutchman, who showed incredible dominance in the race, increased his lead by more than a minute from the 15th lap, Offsideplus.az reports. His teammate Chris Lulhem later managed to hold on to his position, although the gap had narrowed to 23 seconds at one point. In the final laps, Lulhem maintained his lead over Yann Mardenborough, who was racing in a Ford Mustang GT3, and took the chequered flag first with a time of 24.496 seconds.

Thus, both Verstappen and Lulhem achieved impressive victories in their first races on the track.
