After finishing as runners-up in last season's Azerbaijan Basketball League, LANDAU Lions are determined to make an impact in the upcoming season.

The club's press secretary, Ali Jafarov, provided exclusive insights to Offsideplus.az regarding new and internal transfers:

"We have already confirmed the transfers of two players: Gediminas Orelik and James Fraser. Fraser has signed a two-year contract, while Orelik has agreed to a one-year deal.

Additionally, we have also secured a one-year contract with DeAndre Jackson, who was part of our squad last season. He will once again represent our team.

Furthermore, we have reached agreements with two more foreign players who played for other clubs in last season's Azerbaijan Championship. I cannot disclose their names yet as the final details of the contracts are still being negotiated, but they will also be playing for our team this year.

Moreover, we are planning to sign two more foreign players. However, their identities are not yet known, as searches and negotiations are ongoing.

As for local players, discussions are taking place regarding the final details. No contracts have been fully signed yet, as some issues remain unresolved."
