Aleksandar Hasanov, the International Basketball Federation's (FIBA) national instructor in Azerbaijan, has participated in a seminar organized by the body in Samokov, Bulgaria.

Representatives from European basketball federations gathered at the event, which ran from May 29 to June 1.

The seminar focused on discussions regarding updates to the rules, refereeing criteria, the referee training process, and improving the quality of officiating.
