Sabir Ismayilov, an employee of the Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan (AFFA), has been appointed as a Stadium Inspector by UEFA.

According to Offsideplus.az, Ismayilov will be responsible for checking the compliance of arenas and stadiums with UEFA's established standards prior to European club competition matches.

During the inspections carried out as part of this appointment, the physical and technical condition of the stadiums, health and safety systems, as well as the necessary infrastructure and organisational measures for the secure and uninterrupted hosting of matches will be evaluated.
