The regular season of the Azerbaijan Basketball League has come to an end.

Offsideplus.az reports that in the final match of Round 20, Sabah faced Absheron Lions. The encounter, held at the Baku Sports Palace, ended in a commanding 105-72 victory for the "Owls."

In other matches of the round, Serhedchi defeated Sumgait (93-89), Ordu overcame Lenkeran (107-65), Nakhchivan beat Guba (103-96), Gence triumphed over Sheki (84-73), and Neftchi beated NTD (93-83).

According to the regulations, the top three teams from Group A — Sabah, Absheron Lions, and Neftchi — along with the leader of Group B, Ordu, have secured direct qualification for the playoff quarterfinals.

In the 1/8 final stage, the following matchups will take place:

Nakhchivan vs. Serhedchi

Gence vs. Lenkeran

Guba vs. Sheki

Sumgait vs. NTD

Teams that achieve two victories first will advance to the quarterfinals. The 1/8 final matches are scheduled to begin in April.
