According to Offsideplus.az , the 11th General Meeting of the AWF Public Union and the 37th meeting of the AWF Executive Committee are being held at the National Gymnastics Arena. In accordance with the AWF Regulations, the general meeting was of a reporting and election nature.
As a result of the voting, Mehriban Aliyeva was re-elected President of the Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation (Chairman of the Executive Committee) for the next five years, and Altay Hasanov was re-elected Vice-President (Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee) of the AWF.
In addition, MP Rauf Aliyev, director of the Heydar Aliyev Sports and Concert Complex Rafig Behbudov and head coach of the Azerbaijani national team in rhythmic gymnastics Mariana Vasileva have re-elected members of the Executive Committee for the next five years.
