Qarabag are preparing to reignite their pursuit of Cape Verde international winger Telmo Arcanjo, who currently plays for Vitoria Guimaraes.

According to reports from Portuguese media, the Agdam-based club plans to submit a fresh offer to Vitoria Guimaraes for the 25-year-old player during the upcoming winter transfer window.

It is reported that Qarabag are ready to pay €700,000 for Arcanjo's transfer. The winger also gained international exposure this past summer, featuring for his national team at the World Cup in matches against Spain and Uruguay.

However, Qarabag face competition for the signature. Cypriot outfit Omonia and Turkish side Amedspor are also monitoring the footballer's situation and remain interested in securing his services.

Arcanjo's current contract with Vitoria Guimaraes runs until next summer.
