There has been a coaching change in the Azerbaijan women's under-17 national football team.

Offsideplus.az, citing the AFFA press service, reports that the association has parted ways with head coach Nargiz Gurbanova. The specialist, who had been at the helm of the U-17 squad since 2022, has been relieved of her duties.

Khanlar Aliyev, a coach from the senior women's national team, has been appointed to lead the squad on an interim basis.
