According to Offsideplus.az, the Owls secured a dominant 4-1 victory at the Bank Respublika Arena. Following the defeat of their closest rivals, Qarabag, the previous day, Sabah has now extended the points gap at the top to four.

The goals for the home side were scored by Aron Maluda (9', 22'), Umarali Rakhmonaliev (32'), and Veljko Simic (84'). Olawale Doyeni (83') managed to pull one back for the visitors.

With this result, Sabah sits comfortably at the top of the table with 40 points, while Karvan-Yevlax remains in last place (12th) with only 6 points.
