Azerbaijani FIFA referee Aliyar Aghayev will referee the Europa League third qualifying round match.

Offsideplus.az reports that he will be the main referee of the first match between RFS (Latvia) and "Kups" (Finland).

He will be assisted by Zeynal Zeynalov and Akif Amireli. The fourth official will be Kamal Umudlu.

The match will be held on August 7 at the "LNK Sporta Parks" stadium in Riga.
