The new club of Azerbaijani national team striker Mahir Emreli has been announced.

Offsideplus.az reports that the 27-year-old football player will continue his career in Germany. He has reached an agreement with the Kaiserslautern club.

M. Emreli will join his new club as a free agent. He will sign a 3-year contract with the 2nd Bundesliga club.

It should be noted that Kaiserslautern finished the last season in 7th place. They last competed in the Bundesliga in the 2011/12 season.
