Offsideplus.az reports that the club's press service released the following statement regarding the matter:

"This is a common occurrence in world football. Once the primary obligations are met, the ban is automatically lifted. We have already processed the payment, and as soon as the other party confirms it, the transfer ban will be removed within 3-5 days at most. There is no cause for concern, and we have no outstanding debt obligations. One payment was simply delayed due to technical issues, and it has already been resolved. Our fans have nothing to worry about."

It should be noted that this is a technical issue related to payments for the transfer of Luxembourgish forward Alessio Curci.
