The 1/8 final stage of the Azerbaijan Futsal Cup concluded yesterday.

Offsideplus.az reports that 3 out of the 4 scheduled matches took place. Since Yeni Suraxani failed to appear for their match against U-19, the Azerbaijan Football Federations Association (AFFA) Disciplinary Committee will make a final decision regarding the result of that game.

In the first match of the day, Baku Fire-2 secured a high-scoring victory. The duel between STAR kargo, one of the ambitious representatives of the First League, and Shusha was the most exciting game of the day. Although the Premier League club (Shusha) was leading at the beginning of the match, the lower-league representative (STAR kargo) managed to turn the tide in their favor towards the end and secured the win.

İn the final match, the reigning champion of the Azerbaijan Cup, PFL, advanced to the quarter-finals with a landslide victory.
