It was the founding meeting of the European Cyber Sports Federation (EEF).
Offsideplus.az gathered that Ramil Aliyev represented the Azerbaijan cyber Sports Federation (AzKIF)
in the meeting of the federation's president.
At the end of the meeting, Hans Yagnov representing the German Cyber Sports Federation (ESBD was elected as president of the European Cyber Sports Federation ). By means of election, other members of the EEF board and other members of the advisory committee, which also has an audit function, were identified. This includes Konstantin Surkont (Russian CIF) Boban Totovski (MESF, Macedonia), Balash Biro (HUNESZ, Hungary), Ramil Aliyev (AzKIF, Azerbaijan), Sami Bessi (BESF, Belgium).
The founding meeting also identified a list of countries that are full members of the European Cyber Sports Federation.
Here is the list of 22 countries: Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Hungary, Germany, Georgia, Denmark, Israel, Italy, Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Turkey, Ukraine, Finland, Czech Republic, and Sweden. The UK has become an associate member of the organization. At the same time, ESF Gaming GmbH (Germany), ESForce Holding Ltd. (Russia) and Burson Cohn & Wolfe (Belgium).
The meeting provided a platform for the integration of the Cyber Sports movement in Europe. The organization now includes more than half of the European federations where major cybersports tournaments are held.
