The youngest footballer to make his debut at the age of 15 is Budag Nasirov — he made his debut for Turan in the 2011/12 season at the age of 15 years and 128 days.
Offsideplus.az reports that in the "Offside" program broadcast on Saglam Radio 93FM, host Jeyhun Rzayev spoke about the once-talented footballer:
"I was at the stadium during Budag Nasirov's debut match, he played in Turan's game at the Baku training base. The best season of his career was at Kapaz. Then he went to Sporting's B team and was given a release clause of 60 million euros. It seems to me that the Portuguese who wrote this figure there has already made one of the zeros. Maybe they saw a perspective that we did not see. I would not have believed that Budag Nasirov is now 27-28 years old and is no longer needed by anyone."
