As part of an educational training programme conducted by the Football Development Department of AFFA, meetings have been organised at the European Football Academy (EFA), Araz-Nakhchivan, Neftchi, and Shamakhi football academies.

According to Offsideplus.az, AFFA has provided information on this initiative.

The training sessions featured Sakit Rzayev, the supervisor for academy oversight and quality standards at AFFA, physical training expert Turcay Ahmadov, and Ziya Askerov, project manager of the Eyeball platform.

During the meetings, discussions and exchanges of ideas took place on topics such as the 5-star certification model, game model, player development pathways, age group development and transition, training process planning, identification of players' individual characteristics, and assessment of physical performance.

Additionally, information was shared regarding the opportunities created by the Eyeball platform for planning, monitoring, and digitally tracking player development.

The educational training programme will also continue at other football academies and schools across the country.
