Today, the Azerbaijan women's national football team played its latest match in the 2027 World Cup qualifying round.
According to Offsideplus.az, Siyasat Asgarov's team, competing in Group 3 of League C, faced the Hungarian national team away from home.
The match ended in a 1–0 victory for the hosts.
It should be noted that in their first qualifying match, the national team secured a 2–0 victory over North Macedonia.
