"My preparation went very well."
Azerbaijani MMA fighter Tahir Abdullayev made these remarks in a statement to Offsideplus.az.
The athlete, nicknamed "Tank," spoke about his preparation process for his upcoming bout: "I have been training in the United States for over three months. During this time, I felt great support from my close friend Nazim Sadikhov. Throughout the process, I trained alongside top-level athletes such as Merab Dvalishvili, Aljamain Sterling, and others."
The 29-year-old fighter emphasized his self-confidence: "You can expect a strong comeback from me. I have worked seriously on myself as a fighter lately. I am looking forward to my fight with great anticipation. I hope everything goes well and I will raise the Azerbaijani flag."
It should be noted that Abdullayev will compete in his next fight under the "Tuff-N-Uff" organization on April 24. Our representative will face Peruvian athlete Jose Zarauz.
