I hope that in the upcoming matches we will perform better both defensively and offensively.

These were the words of Yeton Bekiri, head coach of Qabala, during a press conference.

The specialist shared his thoughts on the match against Sumgait (1:4) in the seventh round of the Misli Premier League:

"After conceding early goals, it was difficult for our team to regroup. Although we managed to score one goal later, it was not easy to change the situation. I have noticed that we have conceded early goals in previous matches as well. If we are here, we need to eliminate this problem.

Of course, time is very valuable in football. You can create goal opportunities in a match, but you must not concede four goals. Such situations happen in football."

The specialist emphasised that they will prepare seriously for the next round:

"In the next round, we will face Sabah. The Azerbaijan Premier League is a very strong championship, especially Sabah is a strong team. We have little time, but we will try to correct our mistakes to achieve a better result."

It is worth noting that after this result, Sumgait is in eighth place in the league table with 5 points, while Qabala is in tenth place with 4 points.
