The Azerbaijani National Anti-Doping Agency (AMADA) has organised a seminar at Kəpəz Football Club. The educational seminar was attended by members of the Kəpəz Football Academy's U-19, U-17, U-16, and U-15 teams, as well as coaches and technical staff.
According to the club's press service, an AMADA representative highlighted the harmful effects of doping on human health and the serious risks it poses to an athlete's career. The representative discussed the doping control process, the rights and responsibilities of athletes, and violations of anti-doping regulations. Detailed information was provided about the World Anti-Doping Code, which will come into effect in 2027, and updates in international standards.
Kəpəz's coaches and young footballers raised questions of interest to them and learned essential information to enhance their anti-doping knowledge.
