The selection of promising children has started at the "Turan Tovuz" Football Academy.

In this regard, the head of the academy, Eltay Aslanov, who informed the Offsideplus.az website, said that there is great interest in the selection round organized at the Tovuz city stadium.

"Those who came to the audition mainly came to Tovuz from the surrounding regions. There are those from Agstafa, Gazakh, Ganja, Goygol, Mingachevir, Gakh, Balakan, Guba, Gusar, and even Sumgayit. Only a few children from the villages of Tovuz participated in the selection. We want to audition mainly those who came from the surrounding regions, because the children from Tovuz are already under our control," E. Aslanov said.

The selection will be held for 4 days. Today, children born in 2012, 2013 and 2014 are demonstrating their skills. The most promising among them will be re-examined tomorrow.

In the same way, children born in 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011 will be tested by the coaches of the "Turan Tovuz" Football Academy on June 5-6.

Those who successfully pass the test will be recruited to the "Turan Tovuz" Football Academy in the next stages.
