Fenerbahce's footballer Mason Greenwood is at risk of disqualification after receiving a red card in a friendly match against Turan Tovuz.

According to Offsideplus.az, under the regulations of the Turkish Football Federation (TFF), players sent off for violent conduct in friendly matches may face sanctions.

Whether Greenwood will be allowed to participate in official matches will depend on the explanation provided by the match referee, Ravan Hamzazade, in the protocol.

It is worth noting that the friendly match between Turan Tovuz and Fenerbahce, held at the Tofiq Bahramov Republican Stadium, concluded with a 2-0 victory for the Istanbul representatives.
