In the play-off stage of the Conference League, Qarabag will face Twente away from home.

Overall, we have played against Dutch teams six times, and interestingly, Qarabag has been involved in all six encounters.

The first meeting took place in the 2009/10 season during the Europa League play-offs, where Qarabag lost 3-1 away to Twente but managed to secure a goalless draw at home.

A historic match occurred in the 2014/15 season when the Agdam side qualified for the group stage of the Europa League for the first time, drawing 1-1 away and 0-0 at home.

In the last two seasons, Qarabag faced Ajax twice, losing both matches at home with scores of 0-3 and 2-4.

Tomorrow, they will play against a Dutch representative for the seventh time. The away goals rule no longer applies. Let’s hope that Qarabag can break this curse and secure victories to advance to the league stage of the Conference League.
