Sabah has made its mark in the history of the UEFA Champions League.

According to Offsideplus.az, the young Azerbaijani club, founded in 2017, has achieved a significant milestone by qualifying for the league stage of the UEFA Champions League, making its mark on world football.

With this remarkable success, Sabah has become the youngest club to reach the main stage of the tournament's history.

Starting its campaign in early July, Sabah had to navigate through four qualifying rounds to reach the group stage:

1st qualifying round: TNS – Wales

2nd qualifying round: KuPS – Finland

3rd qualifying round: Aarhus – Denmark

Play-off round: Hapoel Be'er Sheva – Israel
