A new sports portal, AzB.az, has been launched in Azerbaijan to provide timely coverage of the basketball championship, national team performances, and international tournaments.

Created by Offside Media, the new online resource will focus primarily on the country's basketball scene. AzB.az will feature operational news, special reports, and interviews from the Azerbaijan Basketball League, cup competitions, youth categories, and national team matches.

Additionally, the platform will regularly cover matches involving our clubs in European competitions, as well as NBA and EuroLeague encounters.

Beyond news updates, the portal aims to provide analytical insights into matches and statistics on basketball players.

A brief statement from the AzB.az editorial team regarding the project's launch reads: "Although interest in basketball in the country and the participation of our clubs in international tournaments has increased, there was a need for a platform that presents this field in a purely specialised manner. Our main goal at AzB.az is to deliver local basketball updates promptly and provide readers with accurate statistics and analytical content."
