Sumgait has parted ways with its 45-year-old basketball player.

According to Offsideplus.az, the Sumqayit representative's press service has released information regarding the move.

It was reported that the contract with point guard Fuad Niftaliyev has been terminated.

Notably, the basketball player had been transferred to the club in October 2025.
