In the semi-final matches of the tournament between AFFA, PFL and Premier League clubs, Sabail defeated Keshla 3: 1 and Gabala 2: 1 to reach the final. 

The main and extra time of the final match, refereed by Kamal Umudlu, ended with a score of 1: 1. Sabail, which performed the penalty shootout more accurately, won the Victory Cup tournament. An award ceremony was held after the game. AFFA Executive Vice President Elkhan Mammadov presented a trophy to the winning team.
