According to Offsideplus.az , one of the funny but tragic events happened to Tarlan Ahmadov. Ahmadov, who was the captain of the national team as a footballer and coached the representatives of the Premier League, told "Football +" about the incident that resulted in his death:"In 1990, two of our friends who played with us as teenagers came to Azerbaijan from Russia. Vidadi Rzayev and I hosted them in one of the restaurants. After eating and drinking, we went to the Sahil metro station. It was 5-10 minutes before 12 o'clock. Our friends started arguing, remembering the misunderstanding between them in Russia. One was from Barda and the other was from Salyan. The argument continued even when I got on the subway and stood on the edge of the platform. I saw him fall on the rails, I threw my hand and grabbed his collar. He couldn't help himself and we both fell on the rails. Fortunately, the train was still a few minutes away.

After somehow getting up, my eyes searched for Vidadi to reach out and help us get on the platform. What is Vidadi doing? I saw that he is neither there, nor our friend from Barda. About half a minute later I saw Rzayev stick his head out from behind the column, look at the rails, and quickly retreat. At that moment I called him. Rzayev shouted at me, approached the platform and helped us reach out. When I went upstairs, I asked him, "Why did you hide?
