A meeting of the Licensing Commission of AFFA was held yesterday.

Offsideplus.az reports that the institution has given a license to "Imishli" to participate in the Premier League. I wonder what is the reason for this? "Pink Tigers" are not eligible to participate in the Premier League. So, why were they given a license? In the media and social networks, there are those who say that the lack of a stadium of "Araz-Nakhchivan" is a violation of sports principles. Is the granting of a license to "Imishli" related to this? Is it possible for "Araz-Nakhchivan" to leave the Premier League? We addressed our questions to the chairman of the Licensing Commission, Elchin Mammadov. The official of the institution said the following in his statement to Offsideplus.az:

The granting of a license to "Imishli" has nothing to do with "Araz-Nakhchivan". Many clubs in I League have submitted their documents. The relevant commission has made a decision regarding the collectives that meet the license conditions. Clubs are not affiliated with each other. I say it again. The granting of a license to "Imishli" has nothing to do with "Araz-Nakhchivan".
