At the age of 33, the experienced athlete decided to say goodbye to wrestling, Offsideplus.az reports. Alexander Gostiyev has been working hard for the success of the Azerbaijani national team since 2011. During this period, Gostiyev won gold medals in a number of international tournaments. He won a bronze medal at the European Championships in 2012 and a silver medal in 2016, 2017 and 2018.
